Product overview

Waterworks pipe joints and repair products

Compare pipe couplings, flange adaptors, dismantling joints, pipe repair clamps, pipe saddle clamps and rubber expansion joints by function and project data.

How to choose

Match the connection to the pipe—not the name alone.

A universal pipe coupling joins two plain-ended pipes, while a universal flange adaptor connects a plain-ended pipe to a flanged valve or fitting. A dismantling joint adds controlled axial adjustment around flanged equipment so valves, pumps and meters can be installed and removed more efficiently.

For an existing line, a stainless steel pipe repair clamp is used for eligible localized leaks and surface defects. A ductile iron saddle clamp creates a branch or service outlet. Rubber expansion joints and other flexible pipe connection products are selected when the system needs movement accommodation or vibration isolation around equipment.

Every recommendation starts with the actual pipe outside diameter, pipe material, working pressure, service medium and site layout. Model ranges shown on this test site are reference data; the approved quotation and drawing govern the supplied product.

Selection sequence

One product family. One complete set of inputs.

01

02

State working pressure and service medium

03

Identify flange, outlet or restraint requirements

04

Share quantity, destination and required date
